Mermay 2019 - Sketches




























I had a go at this years Mermay, for those that dont know its a challenge on Instagram to design Mermaids or Mermaid inspired creatures each day during May. There is a more official competition where you follow prompts, I just made mine up along the way. I was more interested in practicing my creature design with this challenge; so these are all meant to be creatures that could be mistaken for, or named after mermaids. I was also just messing around on a few, its probably obvious which ones ;)
